I remain very positive about this journey and feel so excited about being able to share it with you. Earlier today I was meditating and I was working on my heart centre, embracing the new and choosing things that where loving to myself. I hadn't planned it to be that way it just started to happen and it felt so right. It got me thinking eating well and in a way that supports you has to be one of the most significant acts of self love. I am blessed to be able to make this choice for myself! To support me even further I have come up with my Raw Food Challenge. So here it is...remember although this is personal to me, if you feel inspired by it why not let me know by leaving a comment ;-)1. Drink at least 2 litres of still mineral water a day (read: no more fizzy drinks!)
2. One vegetable/fruit or combined fresh juice daily, where possible make it organic!
3. Experiment with new raw meals at least once a week, i.e. try new things.
4. Get some raw treats in, there are some lovely raw chocolates and bars on the market.
5. When not eating raw meals, chose health rather than gunk.
6. Aim to have a juice or water only day a week, it will clear out my system.
7. When possible walk to where I am going.
8. Every other day spend time on my trampette, increasing the number of minutes each time.

10. Have no expectations and celebrate and acknowledge all that I am doing towards living and eating consciously.
How does that sound to you? It makes me feel like I have set the scene, set my intentions and I am ready to go, go go!
